Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyNetVault (the "Service"), operated as part of the DaemOn Network. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MyNetVault is a subscription-based suite of browser tools for independent musicians and creators. Access to gated tools requires an active subscription or an active free trial.

2. Accounts

You sign in using a magic link or one-time code sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. You must provide accurate information and must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
• Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will convert automatically to a paid plan (£9/month or £89/year) and be billed to the payment method on file.
• You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already charged unless required by law.
• Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to infringe others' rights, upload unlawful content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of files, tracks, and other content you upload or create using the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to use that content with the Service's tools.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." Tools such as the collision checker, playlist scanner, and similar features provide informational signals only and are not a substitute for legal advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNetVault and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
