No real transparency — almost no mobile editor (including CapCut) actually supports
importing transparent video, it just shows solid black. Green screen is the version that
actually works. Here's the exact steps in CapCut:
In CapCut, add your main footage (your background video/photos) to the timeline first.
Export your visualizer here in Overlay mode with Green selected below.
Back in CapCut, tap + Add overlay and pick the green visualizer export — it lands as a new layer on top of your main footage.
Tap that overlay clip, then find Chroma Key in the effects/tools menu (sometimes labeled "Background Remove").
Tap the color picker / eyedropper and tap it directly on the green part of the overlay clip. Hit Reset first if the tool remembers an old color.
Nudge the Intensity and Shadow sliders slightly if the edges look rough — usually not needed.
Watch the magic happen — the green disappears and your visualizer floats right over your footage. 🎉
Switch to Blue or Magenta only if your visualizer's own color is green — otherwise Chroma
Key will eat your bars along with the background.
A live 3D mesh reacting to the track — bass deforms/pulses the shape, treble drives
the glow. Renders behind everything else, same as any other background.

⚠️ Read this before you export for YouTube
YouTube Shorts over 59 seconds get blocked worldwide the moment
the audio gets any copyright claim. It doesn't matter if you own the music. It doesn't matter if
your own distributor filed the claim by mistake. It still gets blocked.
Under 60 seconds, that same claim usually just adds ads to the video — it stays up fine.
This isn't a one-video problem. If you use the same beat, sample, or track in
other Shorts too, every one of those Shorts can get hit with the same claim and get blocked —
not just this one. YouTube matches the audio itself, across all your videos.
There's also a further risk creators report often enough to take seriously: after a block, the
whole channel can go quiet — new Shorts barely getting any views at all, even
unrelated ones. YouTube doesn't publish this as official policy, so it can't be stated as
guaranteed fact — but it's a real pattern creators (including on this very channel) have seen
happen right after a block.
Simple rule: keep any Short with your music at 59 seconds or under.
⚠️ Whoa there — that's a lot of layers
Running 3 or more radial layers (Smoke, Layer Pulse, Lightning, Bubbles) at the same time
can overload weaker phone GPUs — expect freezing, dropped frames, or an outright crash
during preview or export.
2–3 layers is the sweet spot for most phones. Stack more only if you know your device can take it.
