DistroKid's own Splits feature only handles master/recording revenue share (email + one percentage) — that's what the first block above is formatted for. Publishing/composition splits are listed separately below it for your own records and PRO registration, since DistroKid doesn't manage those.
This generates a document for the parties to review and sign — it isn't legal advice, and Netvault isn't a party to any agreement made using it. Consider having a lawyer review agreements for high-value releases.
